The Problem

Manual tracking was error-prone

Hospital staff were tracking blood bags manually using spreadsheets — leading to errors, expired bags going unnoticed, and no way to quickly locate a specific bag by ID.

My Solution

Built a full management system

I built a custom WordPress plugin from scratch — real-time stock dashboard, expiry alerts, bag search by ID, shift reports every 12 hours, and weekly/monthly summaries for management review.
